• How do I earn Scene+ points at Playdium?

  Just show your Scene+ card to earn 1 Scene+ point for every $1 you spend on food, beverages (no alcohol, sorry – we don’t make the rules), gaming and more, less taxes and gratuities. And stay tuned for bonus offers to really bump up your numbers – just remember they can’t be combined with any other offers or promos.

• How do I redeem Scene+ points at Playdium?

  Every 500 points will get you $5 off anything from food to game credits to attractions! Just tell us when you’ve got points to use, and we’ll apply them to your purchase.

• I showed my Scene+ card at Playdium, but I didn’t get any points. What should I do?

  Hey, you played hard to earn those points, so we want to make sure they show up on your card! If you notice something’s missing, get in touch with the folks at guestservices@cineplex.com with your name, Scene+ card number, your receipt from Playdium, and any bonus offer coupons, and we’ll look into it right away!

• What if I didn’t have my Scene+ card with me?

  As per the Terms and Conditions of the Scene+ program, which were agreed to when you signed up: Points for the Scene+ membership card can only be awarded when your Scene+ membership card is presented before the completion of the purchase transaction.

• I’ve lost my Scene+ card. Can you send me a new one?

  Hey, we all lose stuff. Don’t stress – we’ll happily replace it. Go to ScenePlus.ca and your new card will be on it's way!

• What are the benefits of being a Scene+ member?
