You can play games at Playdium by purchasing a game band and loading it up with credits! Check out our Play page to learn more.
Your Game Band is your ticket into our games floor! Grab one at one of our kiosks or at our front desk and the fun begins! Our credit system is easy and super-fast to use. You just load, tap and play, all with one game band!
Game Bands are non-refundable. Credits for games and points earned for the prize store will not expire. Game Bands can be used at any other Playdium locations. Remember to register your game band at a location, in case you misplace it.
Our Premium game band is next level, for the ultimate gamer we have a Premium Band that is built from more durable material and is built for you to keep using each visit!
You can check your band balance on location! Go to any card reader or kiosk in our location to check your balance or head over to our Swag store and our staff will check your points.
No, your credits or points never expire!
Just show your Scene+ card to earn 1 Scene+ point for every $1 you spend on food, beverages (no alcohol, sorry – we don’t make the rules), gaming and entertainment, less taxes and gratuities. And stay tuned for bonus offers to really bump up your numbers – just remember they can’t be combined with any other offers or promos.
Every 500 points will get you $5 off anything from food to game credits to attractions! Just tell us when you’ve got points to use, and we’ll apply them to your purchase.
Hey, you played hard to earn those points, so we want to make sure they show up on your card! If you notice something’s missing, get in touch with the folks at Guest Services with your name, Scene+ card number, your receipt from Playdium, and any bonus offer coupons, and we’ll look into it right away!
As per the Terms and Conditions of the Scene+ program, which were agreed to when you signed up: Points for the Scene+ membership card can only be awarded when your Scene+ membership card is presented before the completion of the purchase transaction.

Scene+ points are not earned on the online deposit. However, you can earn points on the remaining balance when you present your Scene+ card at the venue during payment.
Yes! Our Playdium locations accept Cineplex gift cards.
Yes. However, Playdium gift cards are not valid in Quebec.
Playdium Gift Cards can be purchased at our Playdium Brampton location.
No, Playdium Gift Cards are offered in Canadian funds only.
Scene+ points are not issued on the sales of Gift Cards but can be earned when making a purchase with a Gift Card.
No! Your Playdium Gift Card does not expire
You can check you gift card balance in our Brampton Playdium location.
If your gift card doesn’t have a PIN please contact Guest Services.
If your gift card has been damaged, lost or stolen, please contact Guest Services. If an E-Gift Card is lost or stolen, a replacement E-Gift Card will match the balance of your account at the time you reported your original card missing. The replacement E-Gift Card will be sent to you at no additional cost.
Yes! 500 Scene+ points is equivalent to $5. Customers can choose the total number of points they wish to redeem use for the purchase of each gift card.
No. Playdium gift cards cannot be redeemed towards the purchase of another gift card.
Yes. Playdium Gift Cards are transferable and can be shared with family members, friends and others. Treat gift cards like cash.
Yes, an 18% gratuity is included in groups of 8 people or more.

You can now book your party online at select Playdium locations! Simply visit our party booking page, click “Book Your Party,” and follow the steps until you receive your confirmation. You will be required to place a $50 deposit at the time of booking to secure your date and time which is non-refundable. Please note that online booking is currently being rolled out and may not yet be available at all locations. For venues without online booking, you can still reserve your party by submitting an inquiry form. A team member from the venue will follow up to help you confirm your booking. You can book your party online up to 60 days in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.
Yes! Our party rooms can accommodate up to 22 guests, 18 seated and 6 standing.
No, a deposit is not required to book a birthday party.
Guest counts for birthday parties are required 3 days prior to the party.
No, we do not charge an automatic gratuity on birthday parties.
Yes, a minimum purchase of 8 packages or $168 in total value is required when booking a birthday party.
Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own party decorations. Only Painters tape is allowed to place decorations on the walls. Pinatas, confetti and sill string are not allowed. We do not accept decorations prior to the start of the event, nor are we able to hold them until a guest returns to collect them.
We understand last minute guests may RSVP for parties, we ask that managers onsite are advised of additional guests as soon as possible to provide necessary support. If additional guests are known prior to the party, we also appreciate the prior notice.
A Birthday host can sign for the kids in their party if the children’s parents are not in attendance.
Yes, we do! Playdium offers a student discount for active students who are SPC members. When you buy $25 in gaming credits, you receive $5 in bonus gaming credits. This offer cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or coupons. Offer is subject to change or expire without notice.

- Yes! You can add extra food and other available upgrades to your party package during the online booking process. Options may vary by location, so be sure to check what's available at your selected venue.
- Party bookings at Playdium locations require a minimum of 8 guests. Please select the number of guests when booking the party online. If you need to make changes to your guest count, we recommend booking your party online first to secure your preferred time slot, then contacting the venue directly to make any necessary adjustments.
Playdium party packages include food, and you can choose what options best suit your needs. You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes, but please note that outside food beyond that is not permitted
- A team member from the venue staff will reach out to you 3 days before your party to confirm the event details and guest count. On the day of your party, a dedicated team member will be assigned to assist with setup and preparations. They will meet you 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure everything is ready. Any outstanding balance will be collected at that time. We’ll help set up the room with tables, plates, and cups for your food and drinks. You’re welcome to bring your own party decorations—please note that only painter’s tape may be used to attach items to the walls. Piñatas, confetti, and silly string are not allowed. We do not accept decorations before your event starts, nor can we store them for pickup later. For Ultimate or Pizza Parties, you’ll have a private party room for one hour, followed by game time. For Bowling Parties, you’ll enjoy one hour of bowling on two dedicated lanes, then move to a private party room for another hour. For Timeplay Parties, your reservation includes a table plus one hour of non-redemption game play. Please note that Timeplay parties do not include access to a private party room.
- The $50 deposit paid when booking your party online is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your booking, please contact the venue directly for assistance and have your party booking number ready. You can find the venue’s contact information in your confirmation email. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
- All Playdium venues are accessibility friendly. However, we recommend contacting the venue directly after booking your party online to ensure they are fully prepared to meet any specific accessibility needs you may have.
